Responsibilities
- Coordinate client relocations using company-provided equipment (trucks, dollies, protective gear)
- Execute efficient packing/unpacking services with specialized handling tools
- Manage inventory and transportation logistics for household/commercial moves
- Provide on-site equipment training and safety demonstrations
- Document move processes and maintain client satisfaction records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve relocation challenges
- Conduct post-move follow-ups to ensure client success
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in relocation or logistics coordination
- Valid driver's license with clean record (required for equipment operation)
- Proficiency with moving equipment (hand trucks, ramps, furniture lifts)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied physical environments
- OSHA safety certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience with CRM software and inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
