Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in dining areas, common spaces, and workstations.
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and service according to health and safety guidelines.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the seasonal operation.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or currently holding an H2B visa status.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, seasonal environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
