Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment using warehouse equipment.
- Utilize handheld scanners to verify inventory and ensure accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
- Perform quality control checks on products before they leave the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to reliability.
- Valid driver's license (preferred for some roles).
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions if outdoor duties are required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
