Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock with high accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage efficiently.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery.
- Physical Labor: Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended shifts.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse floor.
- Quality Control: Ensure all outbound products meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a flexible schedule.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to the Long Beach facility.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
