Responsibilities
- Perform assembly line operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Operate and maintain standard warehouse machinery and equipment safely.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality control standards are met.
- Package and label goods for shipment according to company guidelines.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid H2B Visa or be a US Citizen/Permanent Resident eligible for sponsorship.
- Ability to work full-time during the 2026 seasonal peak (March - November).
- Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills in English.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
