Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume packing, assembly, and sorting tasks according to production schedules.
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazardous conditions immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Perform basic inventory checks and material organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Visa status or proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English proficiency for reading safety labels and following verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Greensboro facility.
