Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet strict industry standards.
- Assemble components and packages finished goods efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and team leads.
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately to the maintenance department.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- Willingness to participate in paid on-the-job training programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States (US Citizens, Green Card holders, and those eligible for visa sponsorship).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
