Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly, sorting, and packaging of finished products according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate basic production machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Inspect products for quality defects and report any issues to the shift lead.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the production team to meet daily output goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (experience is valued over formal education).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills required for quality checks.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions.
- Interest in pursuing or having eligibility for EB3 Visa classification.
