Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks related to crop harvesting, picking, and sorting.
- Operate and maintain packing equipment and machinery safely.
- Ensure all products meet strict quality control and packaging standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks and storage units in compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold a valid H2B Visa or be eligible for sponsorship.
- Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions, including heat and cold.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability are essential.
- Basic English comprehension for safety instructions and team communication.
- Previous experience in agriculture, food processing, or hospitality is a plus.
