Responsibilities
- Assemble, inspect, and package products according to strict quality control standards.
- Operate manufacturing machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and production area.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production schedules.
- Load and unload materials as needed for production cycles.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Visa status (Non-Agricultural).
- Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and communication.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
