Responsibilities
- Perform daily sorting, packing, and quality control of agricultural products and materials.
- Operate warehouse machinery and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks in accordance with safety protocols and shipping schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local labor regulations, including H2B compliance standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily production goals.
- Perform physical labor which may include standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Visa status or eligibility to obtain one (sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed for the 2026 season.
- Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and communication.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience in agriculture, warehousing, or manual labor is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
