Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and distribution of products in a fast-paced warehouse or agricultural setting.
- Operate basic machinery and equipment following all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Packaging and quality inspection of goods to meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Follow all labor laws and company policies regarding working hours and breaks.
- Adapt to changing schedules and weather conditions as required by the role.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or currently hold a valid H2B Work Visa.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor (lifting, bending, reaching).
- Basic English proficiency for communication and safety instructions.
- Must provide valid government-issued identification.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
