Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily agricultural production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe handling of goods.
- Perform quality control inspections on produce and materials to meet industry standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent shortages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and containers at the Oakland facility.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa status or eligibility to work in the United States.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Previous experience in agriculture, warehousing, or logistics is highly preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oakland location.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance.
