Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for seasonal logistics and inventory workflows.
- Assist in the coordination of staff schedules to ensure 100% staffing coverage.
- Maintain accurate records of seasonal inventory and supply levels using internal databases.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure all H2B visa regulations and labor laws are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform quality assurance checks on operational procedures and reporting.
Qualifications
- Current eligibility for H2B Visa sponsorship or ability to obtain one.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in seasonal operations, logistics, or customer service.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during peak season.
