Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee event logistics and setup for weekend operations.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless weekend events.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all attendees and clients.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supplies for weekend shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Adapt quickly to changing schedules and unexpected operational needs.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Weekend Shifts consistently (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Previous experience in logistics, events, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude are essential.
