Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation, plating, and beverage service with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily operational goals and guest satisfaction targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and labor regulations during the seasonal term.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the department.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Visa or proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
