Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including picking, packing, and sorting merchandise with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to OSHA safety protocols.
- Follow detailed production schedules and instructions from shift supervisors.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company quality standards before shipping.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid H2B visa or be eligible to obtain one through our sponsorship program.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.) is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic English proficiency is required for reading safety signs and following instructions.
- Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace is mandatory.
- Previous warehouse or seasonal labor experience is a plus but not required.
