Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences through personalized check-in/check-out services
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and coordinate with multiple departments
- Maintain detailed reservation records and update property management systems
- Uphold cleanliness standards in public areas and front desk facilities
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Must possess valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong communication skills in English and additional languages valued
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, etc.)
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
