Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and harvest fruits and vegetables according to quality and size standards.
- Load and unload produce onto trucks and trailers efficiently.
- Operate farm machinery and hand tools safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the fields and packing houses.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and supervisor instructions.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B Visa sponsorship (must provide visa documentation).
- Ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor settings.
- Basic English proficiency for safety instructions.
- Valid government-issued ID or Passport.
- Previous agricultural or seasonal work experience is a plus.
