Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly and production line tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate basic manufacturing equipment and machinery according to safety protocols.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished goods for distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production quotas.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors accurately.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Must be willing to undergo a medical examination and background check.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English comprehension skills for safety and operational communication.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or general labor is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
