Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including weeding, thinning, and harvesting crops efficiently.
- Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and effectively under supervision.
- Assist in the planting and general maintenance of agricultural fields to ensure optimal crop growth.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe for personnel.
- Pack harvested goods and prepare them for storage or shipment.
- Follow all safety regulations and farm management protocols strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily tasks and field conditions.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive manual tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
- Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and communication.
- Eligibility to work legally in the United States (H2A visa holders preferred).
