Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, pruning, and harvesting crops
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Assist with post-harvest processing and packaging activities
- Participate in seasonal crop rotation planning and implementation
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 1 year of agricultural field experience
- Ability to work 45-60 hours weekly in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to complete required pesticide safety training
