Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at hotel front desk and concierge stations
- Process check-ins/checkouts and manage reservation systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist with guest inquiries about Miami attractions and events
- Multilingual communication with diverse international clientele
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred

- Availability for 40+ hours/week during peak season
