Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to hotel and casino guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintenance to ensure venues meet high operational standards.
- Perform light cleaning, stocking, and organization tasks to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with team members to execute daily operational goals and safety protocols.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and H2B visa compliance requirements.
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by business volume.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold a valid H2B Visa or be eligible to obtain one immediately.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong command of the English language (verbal and written) for effective communication.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or tourism is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
