Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors with a high level of professionalism and hospitality.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the operations team to execute daily tasks and seasonal events.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Legal Status: Must hold a valid H2B visa or demonstrate eligibility for sponsorship.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
