Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (grapes, almonds, citrus) following safety protocols
- Operate basic farm equipment under supervision (tractors, sorting machines)
- Maintain field cleanliness and organize harvested produce
- Assist in irrigation system monitoring and basic field maintenance
- Work in all weather conditions with appropriate provided gear
- Follow supervisor instructions for daily task assignments
- Participate in team-based harvesting operations
Qualifications
- Valid passport and eligibility for H2B visa sponsorship
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily in outdoor conditions
- No prior experience required - full training provided
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite (housing available)
