Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack fruits and vegetables according to strict quality and safety standards.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment under direct supervision.
- Perform general farm maintenance, including weeding and cleaning work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and handle chemicals (herbicides/pesticides) responsibly.
- Work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, requiring physical stamina.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work long hours in physically demanding outdoor conditions.
- Willingness to participate in paid on-site training programs upon arrival.
- Basic English proficiency for understanding safety instructions and directions.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States (H2B Visa holders preferred).
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
