Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups and breakdowns at downtown Minneapolis venues
- Provide exceptional guest services at festivals, conferences, and sporting events
- Manage inventory and equipment logistics during high-traffic periods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and venue regulations

Qualifications
- Eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (non-US citizens only)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends

- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (up to 30 lbs)
