Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at outdoor festivals, concerts, and cultural events
- Manage crowd flow and ensure guest safety at high-traffic venues
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including tents and stages
- Assist with inventory management of event supplies and merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards and maintain pristine venue appearance
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (non-US citizens)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Physical stamina required for standing/walking 8+ hour shifts
