Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury retail or high-end sales experience preferred
- Proven track record exceeding sales goals in customer-facing roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising acumen
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in POS systems and CRM software
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional inventory transport)
