Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer experiences and product consultations
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining cash accuracy
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management tasks
- Collaborate with floor team to maintain impeccable store presentation
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product expertise
- Participate in weekend stock rotations and shipment processing
- Contribute to achieving weekend sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability for both Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-6pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with retail technology and point-of-sale systems
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability during peak holiday seasons
