Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to create a welcoming environment.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales targets and store revenue.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
