Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs assessment
- Drive sales by building relationships with repeat clients and expanding customer base
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Operate POS systems, handle cash, and reconcile daily sales reports
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong product knowledge and quick learning aptitude
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail technology
- Valid Minnesota driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
