Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficient with POS systems and basic math abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Nebraska driver's license for store errands (if applicable)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
