Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based patient care using provided advanced medical equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor new nurses and clinical students
- Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- BSN degree (or equivalent international credential)
- Active RN license (or eligibility for Texas licensure via CGFNS)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100)
- BCLS and ACLS certifications
- US visa eligibility (no J-1 waiver required)
- Experience with electronic medical records
