Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in emergency and critical care settings
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Arizona or eligible for endorsement
- BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- Valid BLS/ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends
- Eligible for TN or H-1B visa sponsorship
