Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care coordination via telehealth platforms while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Conduct virtual health assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Provide on-site clinical support during scheduled Milwaukee facility rotations
- Maintain accurate documentation using our proprietary nursing portal
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient outcome reviews
- Mentor new nursing staff through our digital onboarding program
Qualifications
- BSN degree or international equivalent with valid nursing license
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience in acute care settings
- Certification in telehealth nursing or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency with digital health platforms and EHR systems
- Strong communication skills with ability to bridge cultural gaps
- Eligibility for US visa sponsorship (H-1B or TN visa preferred)
- Flexibility to travel to Milwaukee campus quarterly for team meetings
