Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and triage via telehealth platform
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for chronic conditions
- Coordinate care transitions between in-person and virtual settings

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Maryland (or willing to obtain sponsorship)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience (telehealth preferred)
- Bachelor's in Nursing (MSN preferred)
- Valid US work authorization or eligible for visa sponsorship
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Strong diagnostic and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with cultural competency
