Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality virtual patient assessments and care coordination via telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Provide remote medication management and patient education
- Monitor patient progress through electronic health records and virtual consultations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and telehealth protocol development
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and data security standards
- Support on-site staff during critical care situations as needed
Qualifications
- BSN or higher degree in Nursing (MSN preferred)
- Active RN license in Wisconsin or ability to obtain via compact endorsement
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Valid work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship (H-1B, TN, or O-1)
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport virtually
