Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable software solutions using modern development methodologies.
- Lead the design and implementation of microservices and APIs to ensure high availability and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Ensure security best practices are integrated into every phase of the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record in remote work settings.
- Strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go).
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
