Responsibilities
- Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise clients during night shift hours
- Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure systems with 99.9% uptime SLA
- Collaborate with global teams via Slack and Jira for seamless cross-functional workflows
- Document incident reports and knowledge base articles with precision
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and implement preventive measures

Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in IT operations or technical support roles
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
