In this role, you will provide critical technical assistance to our clients via chat and email, ensuring 100% satisfaction during our peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support: Assist customers with troubleshooting software, hardware, and account issues via chat and email.
- Manage High Volume: Handle a high volume of incoming tickets efficiently while maintaining a high first-contact resolution rate.
- Night Shift Availability: Work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) to support global clients.
- Documentation: Accurately document all interactions, resolutions, and technical steps taken in our CRM system.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to the team lead.
- Client Communication: Ensure clear, empathetic, and professional communication with all customers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or technical helpdesk.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM EST/PST).
- Remote Setup: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy, including Windows, Mac, and basic networking knowledge.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
