Responsibilities
- Monitor farm operations via IoT sensors and remote surveillance systems
- Coordinate H2A worker schedules and compliance documentation
- Implement digital inventory management and crop tracking systems
- Conduct virtual training sessions for seasonal workers
- Analyze agricultural data to optimize yield and resource allocation
- Liaise between farm sites and corporate headquarters
- Ensure OSHA and H2A regulatory compliance across operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field
- 2+ years experience with H2A visa programs

- Strong remote communication and problem-solving skills

- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
