Responsibilities
- Deliver patient assessments, care planning, and health education via telehealth platform
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using EHR systems for coordinated care
- Monitor chronic conditions and provide medication management virtually
- Respond to patient inquiries through secure messaging and video consultations
- Maintain accurate documentation compliant with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for remote care protocols
- Provide mentorship to junior nursing staff through virtual training sessions
Qualifications
- BSN degree (required) with active Maryland RN license or compact state license
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience in acute care or telehealth
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell) and EHR systems
- Valid US work authorization or eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B/OPT candidates encouraged)
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred for specialty roles
- Exceptional communication skills across cultural and linguistic barriers
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and virtual care environments
