Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in medical/surgical units with precision and compassion
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Educate patients and families on health management protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA safety standards
- Participate in shift handoffs and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- BSN or foreign equivalent nursing degree
- Active RN license or eligible for NC compact license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in acute care setting
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100+)
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work 24-32 hours weekly (days/evenings/weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Visa sponsorship eligibility (J-1, H-1B, or TN categories)
