Responsibilities
- Delicate patient assessments and critical care monitoring in cardiac unit
- Administer medications and IV therapies with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Lead emergency response protocols in high-pressure situations
- Mentor junior nursing staff and implement best practices
Qualifications
- Active NM RN license (compact state candidates welcome)
- 2+ years acute care experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications mandatory
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Epic EHR system
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
