Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and specialized departments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with JCAHO standards
- Lead patient education initiatives and family counseling sessions
- Participate in quality improvement projects and evidence-based practice initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher from accredited institution
- Current, unrestricted RN license in Texas or eligible for endorsement

- Valid BLS, ACLS, and specialty certifications (e.g., CCRN, TNCC)
- English language proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100+)
