Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing advanced medical equipment including IV pumps, telemetry monitors, and electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations using provided emergency response equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
- Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California or eligible to obtain through compact license
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Eligible for US visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, or other applicable visas)
- Proficiency with medical equipment including infusion pumps, ventilators, and diagnostic monitors
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment
