Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in agricultural fields, including planting, weeding, and harvesting crops.
- Operate farm machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and sort agricultural products for transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow supervisor instructions regarding crop management and quality control.
- Assist in irrigation system maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with the farm crew to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa or proof of eligibility for H2A sponsorship.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or manual labor is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of farm equipment and safety protocols.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Fluency in English (basic communication skills required).
