Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods from trucks.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and labeling.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Operate standard material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as trained.
- Maintain accurate digital records of shipment and inventory data.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Experience can sometimes substitute for education in EB3 categories).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Legal eligibility to work in the US.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
